Henry Lee is mad as hell and doesn’t want to take it anymore.
Of course, he might not have a choice.
The forensics expert who has been accused by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office of mishandling evidence in the Phil Spector case fired off an email to the Los Angeles Times Wednesday night in which he adamantly denies any and all wrongdoing pertaining to a piece of broken fingernail that he may or may not have found at the alleged crime scene that in turn was not handed over to the prosecution.
“As I stated several times before, I did not find a fingernail nor did I take any fingernail-like material from the scene,” Lee wrote in the letter sent on his behalf by Joe Sudol, one of his aides at the University of New Haven in Connecticut, where Lee is director of an eponymous forensics institute.

Dick Wolf’s New York is in need of a new district attorney.
Fred D. Thompson’s five-year run on “Law & Order” came to an end Wednesday, with the actor and former Tennessee senator asking the series’ creator to be released from the show, which has been renewed for an 18th season.
Another type of run may be just around the corner for the 64-year-old Republican, who, after having his name bandied about by conservatives who were still unsatisfied by the already packed race to become the next president of the United States, is inching closer to becoming an official candidate for this country’s top job in 2008.
“Although he told me he has not made a firm decision about his political future, he felt that given the creative and scheduling constraints of the upcoming season,” it was time to go, Wolf said in a statement.

Things are not looking good for Alex Rodriguez.
Amidst serious allegations that he’s been having an affair with a whorish blonde from Canada and lavishing extravagant gifts on strippers across the U.S., the New York Yankee’s wife, Cynthia Rodriguez, has left their home.
The obviously upset Cynthia  brusquely left the NYC apartment she shared with A-Rod on Tuesday night carrying two suitcases and refusing to speak with reporters that were camped outside.
Alex vows not to let this affect his game.
But it’s his other game that got him in trouble.

Hopefully there’s a clause in the prenup - if there was one - that will give the wife more money cuz of his cheating ass.
